Lovely people, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I can't explain the dead wasp in the sink but whatever :)

Very quick and efficient service. Jack was able to come and help just hours after we called about fixing our boiler. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and got the problem sorted swiftly. Would recommend.

Jack is very responsive and also appeared to completed work for our neighbours as well. No call out fee charged to give estimate on for our boiler installation. Estimates provided the same day and able to complete the works a day later. Kept to their estimate. And now referred on to family/friends. Would highly recommend.

Jack advised me on most suitable boiler for my needs prior to purchasing one. Arrived prompt on the day, there was an issue with my gas pipe work requiring it to be extended but he still charged the original price quoted. Job done in a day. Pleasant and friendly guy, would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone requiring this type or similar job done.

Chris turned up 4 hours earlier than we were expecting (though Jack did text beforehand to ask if it was OK) and did a top quality job of repairing the leak on our boiler. Had to replace a part which took him no time. And he was a very nice bloke to boot. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Jack is a friendly, reliable and professional plumber and heating engineer. Having used him on three occasions, from a new installation to certifications and re configuring pipework; I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jack from Surrey Boilers replaced our broken boiler. He also moved the position of two pumps, which run two zones within the house, and the timer/control to a more space efficient area. An Aquabion limescale preventer was also fitted. All the above was done to a high standard. Jack is knowledgeable, polite and tidy. I highly recommend him.

Surrey Boilers were polite and courteous but most importantly came out and looked at the problem within 24 hours and came up with a cost effective solution.

Jack helped fix our broken water boiler in a days work, when he found a small leak he sat with his finger in the hole until someone could come help, now that’s dedication! Stayed the whole time until the tank filled back up. Great work very pleased!

Jack and apprentice (sorry, didn’t get name) were superb. Fast response. Diagnosing problem with boiler quickly. Getting replacement parts and fitting them, all within 1 hour (charged). Very happy to recommend them and will certainly use them again (but hopefully not for a long time!).

Just like the last reviewer Jack went beyond to solve our broken boiler issue. Truly can’t recommend him highly enough as very professional. Only reservation is that by putting on this review others will want him! I am not a review leaver normally, I mean to but get sidetracked however Jack really does deserve a good review. Found him by chance on a google search, we were just so fortunate. Thank you again Jack, going for a hot bath 😊

My boiler broke down and I rang Surrey Boilers. Jack was unbelievably helpful, offering to come to help investigate the issue on the same day, and when it turned out the issue was minor, was more than happy to instruct me over the phone as to how I can fix it myself. Very good service and would go to again for any plumbing or boiler issues!

Despite it being the weekend before Christmas, Jack responded to my call immediately, visiting within the hour and offering to install my boiler before Christmas day. Jack guided me through my options and my husband and I were very pleased with his service.

Our boiler broke down and, taking a pot-shot based on the good reviews on google, I called Surrey Boiler Repairs. Jack was able to come and visit the same morning that I called him and arrived at the time he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the defective components that had obviously failed. Our boiler is quite old and they no longer make all the parts for it, however Jack managed to source a re-furbished part on the same day and got it up and running, saving me the cost of a new boiler. In addition to this, Jack was polite, friendly and clearly takes pride in his work plus he charges a fair price for his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will be using his services again in the future.

From quotation to completion Jack was professional throughout. The installation of our new boiler was quick and we have been given all the information we need to operate it. I would highly recommend Jack and his team, they provided us with a great service and I will be keeping their contact details for future work.

My boiler was not working and showing an error code on the front. I called Surrey boilers and they came within the hour. I was very happy with Jack and his apprentice, they got my hot water and heating back up and running.Thank you very much!

Surrey boilers attended a call out for as my boiler was loosing pressure. They quickly diagnosed the problem and changed the part that was faulty. A very professional service and I was happy with the reasonable price for the work. I will definitely be using them in the future.
